Seungbum Kim, Ph.D., has received a travel award from the Council on Hypertension for his presentation entitled, “Plasma zonulin, along with a unique gut microbiome profile, are potential predictors of systolic blood pressure in humans,” at the Hypertension 2017 Scientific Session in San Francisco, Sep.14-17, 2017. This award is given to early career investigators to encourage them to undertake or continue patient-oriented or clinical hypertension research and to participate in the conference.
