Debra graduated from the University of Iowa in December 2008 with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering. She began working as a Postdoctoral Associate in Dr. Raizada’s lab in June 2009, where she has been studying Doxorubicin-induced cardiomyopathy, DIZE, and hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension.
