Annet Kirabo received a Minority Travel Award from the American Physiology Society and the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases to attend the upcoming Experimental Biology Meeting in Washington DC where she will present her work on Jak2 tyrosine kinase. Annet is an IDP graduate student in the laboratory of Peter Sayeski.
